2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases through our webshop.
3. Products
Our products are handcrafted with care.
Because these are personalized and custom-made products, slight variations in color, wood grain or finish may occur.
This is not considered a defect.
4. Order and payment
An order is final after receipt of payment.
We accept payments via the available payment methods in our webshop.
5. Production time and delivery
Production time is on average 4–5 working days.
Delivery within Belgium and the EU is done via an external carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
6. Right of withdrawal
According to European law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Since our products are custom made for the customer, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
7. Complaints
In case of damage or manufacturing defects, the customer must contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the problem.
8. Liability
Craftistic is not liable for indirect damage or misuse of the product.
9. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements.
